NEW YORK – NOVEMBER 20, 2018 – Cadreon, the advertising technology specialist unit of IPG Mediabrands, today announced the appointment of Sean Muzzy to the newly-created role of President, North America. Muzzy will focus on enhancing Cadreon’s programmatic media offerings and expanding capabilities across all media channels. In addition, Muzzy will serve as Cadreon’s lead on data-driven solutions to the broader Mediabrands network including UM, Initiative and Reprise, and its clients.
Muzzy will report to Erica Schmidt, Global CEO, Cadreon. Schmidt said: “We are thrilled to welcome Sean, who brings decades of experience across the media and marketing landscape. His depth of knowledge, technical skills and data-first approach will be invaluable to Cadreon and the broader IPG network as we help our clients maximize the value and effectiveness of programmatic media. Muzzy most recently served as Chief Product & Platform Officer for Neo Worldwide. In this role, Muzzy led technology partnerships and integration
efforts as part of Neo’s efforts to expand capabilities across key competitive markets around the world. In addition, Muzzy oversaw Neo’s Customer Intelligence Practice, focusing on data and Artificial Intelligence. A 10+ year veteran at Neo with international experience, Muzzy previously held the roles of CEO, North America and CEO, UK.
As President, NA, Muzzy will serve as a member of Cadreon’s Executive and Regional Leadership Team, with oversight of the US and Canada.

Since taking the role of Global CEO in March 2018, Erica Schmidt has strengthened and expanded Cadreon’s leadership team. Most recently, Frank Minishak, previously SVP, U.S. General Manager, was named EVP, Global General Manager, responsible for operational performance in international markets and identifying commercial opportunities across the broader IPG network. In addition, Amanda Kigel was named SVP, National Programmatic Strategy. Kigel previously served as SVP, Partner Innovation at MAGNA Global.
